The firm provides technical services relating to technical consulting for construction and system companies, to construction work direction and management, to technical assistance in assigning tasks to companies, to drafting contracts, to metric computations for appraisals, to accounting for projects both in the preliminary stage and in progress, to technical assistance in purchasing supplies paid by customers and companies, and to drafting certificates of comformity and system compliance according to the DM 37/08.
The firm provides technical services relating to consulting for individuals, construction and system companies, and public administrations, and to drafting and submitting administrative requests to territorial agencies for the CIL (notice of the construction work starting date), SCIA (certificated disclosure of launching the activity), DIA (statement of launching the activity), Construction Permits, Notices and Permits in condition of amnesty, Certificates of energy performance, Certificates of comformity and system compliance according to the DM 37/08. The firm also offers services relating to workplace safety coordination in the planning phase as well as in the execution phase and to Protection and Prevention Services for public and private infrastructures regarding all sectors of economic activities (ATECO).
The firm offers technical services relating to metric and photographic technical surveys, to non-invasive instrumental analyses – e.g. pachometric – luxmetric, to economic/planning preliminary feasibility studies, to preliminary and executive architectonic planning for constructions and demolitions, to digital processing, to 3D modeling, to photo insertions and system planning, to real estate valuaion consulting, to technical services to condominiums such as drafting tables and ordinary and extraordinary maintenance inspections, and to Global Services. Such global services go from metric survey to the delivery of the “ready-to-use” refurbished asset, after passing through the various phases of the project, the required license requests to start construction according to current laws and regulations, the execution of the construction work utilizing partnered companies, the assistance to purchases paid by the customer before and during the construction work, and finally the completion of the administrative process after the construction work is done.
